I’m Katrina Shimer, a Southwest Florida Realtor and true Naples local, having lived here since I was four years old. My knowledge comes from decades of experiencing the area’s growth, neighborhoods, schools, communities, and lifestyle firsthand. As a second-generation real estate professional raised by a broker and general contractor, I bring a practical understanding of location, construction, property condition, flood zones, insurance, resale potential, and value. My background as a longtime teacher also shapes how I serve clients—with education, clarity, strategy, and honest guidance. I help buyers, sellers, investors, and those relocating or downsizing throughout Southwest Florida. I’m also a Senior Transition Specialist, helping seniors and families navigate assisted living placement, downsizing, moves, estate sales, household belongings, and the sale of the family home.
